Refund policy

1.3 Non-Delivery of Product

  • If the buyer did not receive the product due to an error on our platform or the seller’s fault.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The buyer changes their mind or no longer needs the product.
  • The product is not compatible with the buyer’s system, unless it was explicitly stated that it would be.
  • The buyer lacks technical skills to install or use the product.
  • The buyer downloaded and used the product but later requests a refund.
  • The issue arises from third-party software conflicts or server limitations that are beyond the product's intended functionality.
  • The buyer is abusing the refund policy, such as requesting multiple refunds for different products.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Seller First: Buyers must first attempt to resolve issues by contacting the seller through our support system.
  2. Submit a Refund Request: If the seller fails to resolve the issue, submit a refund request through refund@scriptripple.com with the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Refund (with screenshots or evidence, if applicable)
  3. Review & Resolution: Our team will review the request and make a decision within 5-10 business days.
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is denied and the buyer disagrees with the decision, they may appeal by contacting privacy@scriptripple.com. Script Ripple will conduct an independent review and provide a final decision.
