At ScriptRipple, we aim to provide high-quality digital products and a seamless marketplace experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund request is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
1.1 Defective or Non-Functioning Products
- The purchased script, plugin, or software component does not function as described in the product listing.
- The product contains critical bugs that prevent proper use, and the seller is unable or unwilling to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.
1.2 Misrepresentation
- If the product significantly differs from its description or preview.
- If essential features mentioned in the description are missing or not included in the product.
1.3 Non-Delivery of Product
- If the buyer did not receive the product due to an error on our platform or the seller’s fault.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The buyer changes their mind or no longer needs the product.
- The product is not compatible with the buyer’s system, unless it was explicitly stated that it would be.
- The buyer lacks technical skills to install or use the product.
- The buyer downloaded and used the product but later requests a refund.
- The issue arises from third-party software conflicts or server limitations that are beyond the product's intended functionality.
- The buyer is abusing the refund policy, such as requesting multiple refunds for different products.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact the Seller First: Buyers must first attempt to resolve issues by contacting the seller through our support system.
- Submit a Refund Request: If the seller fails to resolve the issue, submit a refund request through refund@scriptripple.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Product Name
- Reason for Refund (with screenshots or evidence, if applicable)
- Review & Resolution: Our team will review the request and make a decision within 5-10 business days.
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request is denied and the buyer disagrees with the decision, they may appeal by contacting privacy@scriptripple.com. Script Ripple will conduct an independent review and provide a final decision.
5. Changes to This Policy
ScriptRipple reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notification.
