4. A Statement of Accuracy:

   • You must declare:
     "Under penalty of perjury, I certify that the information provided in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner."

5. Your Signature:

   • A physical or electronic signature is required.

2. Processing DMCA Complaints

• Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint, we will:

  • Review the request and remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content.
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content about the complaint.
  • Allow the user to file a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was a mistake.

• If the user does not file a counter-notification within 10 business days, the content will remain removed.

3. Counter-Notification (Challenging a DMCA Claim)

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a false or mistaken DMCA complaint, you may submit a counter-notification with the following details:

2. Identification of the Removed Content:

• Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days, unless the original complainant files a legal action to prevent reinstatement.

4. Repeat Infringements

Users who repeatedly violate copyright policies may face:

• Account suspension or termination.
• A permanent ban from selling or uploading content on ScriptRipple.

We reserve the right to take action against accounts that abuse the DMCA process, including false copyright claims or counterclaims.

5. Changes to This DMCA Policy

ScriptRipple reserves the right to update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through email notifications or website announcements.
